Terms & Conditions Prices You can find the latest prices for our services in the Photo, Digital, Framing & Mounting and Supplies sections of our website. For course and program pricing please check the Education website. Terms & Conditions Charge Accounts All orders are C.O.D. unless an application for credit has been approved. Terms for accounts are: 2% discount on accounts paid 15 days after invoice date or net 30 days. Interest of 2% per month will be charged on overdue accounts. Any accounts exceeding 60 days or exceeding approved credit limits may be placed on C.O.D. without notice to the customer. Extended inactive accounts may need to reapply for credit. Please notify TIW of any discrepancy in billing within 10 days of receipt of invoice. C.O.D C.O.D. orders are payable by company cheque, personal cheque (with 2 pieces of identification) Visa, Master Card, Direct Debit or cash. Taxes Prices quoted are net. Please add 7% GST and 8% PST where applicable. Clients must complete PST form to qualify for exemption, otherwise taxes must be paid at time of sale. Warranties & Liabilities The submission of any film, artwork or media to TIW for processing, printing or any other handling constitutes an agreement by the customer that in the event of loss or damage, however caused, TIW's liability is limited to 2 times the cost of the original unprocessed film or material. Like any dye, the dyes used in photographic colour prints may change with time. Utmost care is given to insure that our prints are fixed and washed properly. It is strongly advised that prints be kept away from harmful UV rays. TIW does not warrant against colour change. Courier Service and Shipping If clients request a package to be shipped by TIW using an outside courier we regret that we cannot take responsibility for delivery times or lost orders. All outside courier charges will be billed to the customer including a fee for handling. Environmental Policy Toronto Image Works recycles plastic Îlm canisters, metal cassettes, and recyclable paper. TIW has placed all fixes and bleaches on a regeneration program. Please call Environmental Control Systems at 705.725.0940 for details on how you might be able to participate in this environmentally friendly program for users of photo chemistries.
